• We just deliver to ground floors, we do not delivery to locations without guest parking space.
• Please provide a primary and secondary contact name and phone number in the event we need to get a hold of someone
• In case we can NOT fulfill the delivery due to lack of access to your location or any other reason, your order will be kept for 1 day at our location in Pasadena.
• Orders will be discarded the next day if customer does not come back to pick it up.
